The day-long program in Hearst Tower may help determine (through blood pressure screenings, etc.) how many staff members will have the longevity of 1887 founder William Randolph Hearst, who died in August 1951 at the age of 88. Given the poise of Hearst Magazines president (since November 1995) Cathie Black, we would expect a lot of 120-over-80s--normal BP for a happy employee. Here, from the company's press release, are the details:

On Thursday, January 31st, Hearst Magazines will be hosting its first-ever health and wellness fair called "The Well." This is part of Hearst's four-pronged "Be Well" program, which includes:

* Cafe 57's daily "Be Well Meal"
* The Wellness Center: An integrated health care program for all Hearst Employees. The services are provided by a certified nurse practitioner along with a certified medical assistant
* TheCLUB: Hearst Tower's fitness center
* Hearst's Nutrition Services: Provided exclusively by theCLUB, this service is designed to provide Hearst employees with the tools they need to reach health goals, including nutrition assessments, customized nutrition guidelines, education and support.

"The Well" will take place on the 3rd floor of Hearst Tower and will include 20 various exhibits, such as: Acupuncture & Herbology, Aromatherapy, Blood Pressure Screenings, Heart Health, Massage Therapy, Sports Medicine & Physical Therapy and more. Hearst's recently acquired health website RealAge.com will also be participating in the Health Fair to help employees figure out how to determine their "real age" and how to take steps to get "younger" and healthier.
